Flow machine for bending deferent kinds of pipes (square and round ones), rods up to Ø 60 mm in thickness – min bending radius up to Ø 250
Operating speed: 10 thru 12 m/min
Max bending values: strip-50x15 mm, round pipes 60x3 mm, rods Ø 32 mm
Bending position – horizontal
Machine is driven via electromotor with reducer for roll forging of 2,2 Kw in power and electromotor for hydraulic unit 3 Kw in power.
Calamping of upper positioned tools is performed via hydraulic cylinders h=165 mm
Lower positioned tools may stroke via threaded spindle
One set of tools will be delivered with the machine, as requested by the customer.
