Commitment to the goals and quality
"ALATNICA BAROVIĆ" d.o.o. constantly investing in the development and modernization of technological processes, equipment and personnel, which affects the constant increase in quality. In January 2008 we introduced an integrated system of quality management standards ISO 9001:2000, and in June 2009 CE mark. Quality system certification was conducted by renowned international certification company SGS Societe Generale de Surveillane and CE TÜV SÜD. Recertification of the quality management system was held in January 2011, whereby a new certificate was obtained for ISO 9001:2008 for a period of three years.
"ALATNICA BAROVIĆ" d.o.o. is company that bear in mind that a certified quality system is a proof of ability in providing customers quality service and products, and that is the best quality improvement strategy of the organization. The management system has been assessed and certified according to requirements for "Design and production of machinery and spare parts for plastic deformation of metal ". Quality system certification was conducted by renowned international certification organization SGS Societe Generale de Surveillane.
Quality management system includes an extremely dynamic and living process based on continuous improvement and improving customer and employees satisfaction and motivation. Certification brings acknowledgment at all times by knowing who, how, when and where they carry out activities related to the optimal functioning of the business system to ensurequality.
It is also the foundation of our business policy, which we achieve by fulfilling its strategic objectives through the consistent implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
Standard ISO 9001 focuses on management processes and organization, and whereas applicable to any business system. The key requirements according to this standard are:
- measures to increase customer satisfaction,
- continuous modernization of equipment and staff training,
- achieving leadership roles management,
- active participation of employees in the planning, implementation and evaluation of all activities in the process of service,
- identification and management processes that contribute to customer satisfaction,
- continually improve the quality of sales service,
- decision-making based on collected and analyzed data related to products,
- developing partnerships with suppliers.
The re-certification on 12 November, "ALATNICA BAROVIC" d.o.o. received a new certificate for ISO 9001:2008. Special commendations were related to the effective implementation and maintenance / improvement of management systems on the conduct and analysis of test results of customer satisfaction, and commitment to improving the management quality system since its introduction to the present. This success confirms that the quality policy is based on the company's business priniciples.
CE mark certification is conducted by a renowned international certification company TÜV SÜD for the product Rollforming LINE in a three years period. CE mark is mandatory and applies to the safety of using our products in EU countries and indicates that the product is manufactured and designed in accordance with regulative of EU.
"ALATNICA BAROVIĆ" d.o.o. is producing products for selling on the EU market. The introduction of the CE mark to its legislation and other measures sought to ensure that the placing on the EU market and find use only those products which do not compromise the safety, life and health, environmental or other interests of public importance. In this sense, the adopted directive 2006/42/EC & 2006/95/EC & 2004/108/EC and standards EN ISO 12100-1 & EN ISO 12100-2 & EN 14121-1 & EN 953 & EN 1088 & EN ISO 13850 & EN ISO 13857 & EN 60204 – 1 & EN ISO 13849-1,2 & EN 61000-6-2 & EN 61000-6-4 request the essential requirements that product has to achieve. These requests specify technical characteristics (specifications) of products, which affect or may affect the above-mentioned aspects. Technical specifications of the product conformity with the essential requirements set by the regulative ,are given in the harmonized standards.
